Agricultural Institute of Republic of Srpska – Banja Luka traditionally donated packages of their products to the Association of families with four or more children, named "4+" of Banja Luka and Laktaši Municipalities.

Director of the Agricultural Institute of the Republic of Srpska prof. Dr. Vojislav Trkulja and Director of the Banja Luka Brewery Nicholas Penny signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Agricultural Institute of the Republic of Srpska - Banja Luka and Banja Luka Brewery on December 12, 2013.

     In the period from March 25 to April 3, 2014, the inspection in Bosnia and Herzegovina was conduced by experts of FVO (Food and Veterinary Office) of the European Commission to assess whether  they are standardized and  implementing all the necessary activities and measures in connection with the successful control of quarantine pests of potatoes set up in EU legislation, or whether all of the requirements for granting export of potatoes from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union.

Agricultural Institute of RS traditionally organizes the event ''Field day of grain crops'' on which its present scientific researches in agriculture and gathering a large number of agricultural experts and representatives of associations of agricultural producers from across the region.

This meeting is primarily an opportunity for manufacturers from RS and the Federation of B&H to acquaint themselves with scientific-research work in the field of selection and breeding of cereals, varieties created by Agricultural Institute of RS as the only institution that deals with the scientific-research work on crop plants in the region of RS and BiH.

This year, 19th Field Day as held on june 11. at Institute production areas.

We are happy because of presence a large number of distinguished guests and the interest of farmers.
